A turn for the worse

It seems the guild still have problems holding high-level players. Things were going good for a while, bit as I had to consentrate on my rl work for a while the management of the guild just fell apart. But we don't quit easily. I'm back and are once again gonna work on making The Holy Nine a great guild. I admit theres a great deal to be done, and I think the most important part is making a leadership that can run independent on individual leaders.

Also we're gonne get the guild events up and running as soon as possible.
If you have any ideas of how to make the guild better I appriciate any input I can get.

Morphius

Just an update

We have been running the Guild events for a few weeks now and it seems to be going pretty good. It seems the interest around doing low-level dungeons and raids are'nt very high, so we are cutting down on those events and consentrating more on mid- and high-level dungeons.

I want to urge as many as possible that are lvl 50+ to join the Onyxia pre-quests. If we gonna kill Onyxia anytime we need a lot of lvl 60 that has done all of the pre-quests and gotten this:

Drakefire Amulet

Anyone that wants to enter Onyxia's Lair have to have this. If you wanna begin the quest-line on you're own, just pay Helendis Riverhorn at Morgan's Vigil in Burning Steppes and pick up the quest called Dragonkin Menace.

And keep an eye out in the Events section to see what we have planed out the week.

Guild Events

We are starting up with guild events on every day of the week. How this holds up depends on the interest from you members of the guild.
Check out the Events section to see what we have planed for this week.
Many of theese events will probably seem very unorganized, but the whole piont is that we are gonna learn to work together so we can get better for each time we do it.
If you want to lead an event, don't hesitate to make contact with me or one of the officers.

The Holy Nine is taking charge

As many of you no doubt has discovered there has been a few changes in the guild. We have lost quite a few high levels over the past few weeks and days and we have now taken action to do something about this, including kicking a few members that was spreading negativity throughout the guild. We know many members are gonna be unhappy about this, but if you choose to stay you will see a stronger guild grow out of all this.

We have also changed the guild ranking system. It seems the old system was a bit difficult to understand and it hasn't really worked out. Therefor we are now binding the guild ranks directly to the levels. The rankingsystem is now as follows:
Level 1 - 19 = Student
Level 20 - 39 = Pastor
Level 40 - 59 = Bishop
Level 60 = Crusader
Officers ranks will still be independent from level.
To learn more about the guild ranks click here.

The Holy Nine has never been and will never be a dedicated high level guild. We have room for players of any level, class or race. However we do want high lvls to be happy, so we will arange raids to high level dungeons and to horde citys in the time to come.
If you're not that high level yet, don't worry. We will also arange for higher levels to help out in low level dungeons once or twice a week.

Do you have any thoughts, complaints or just comments about the guild don't hesitate to contact any of the officers or send me a mail at morphius@theholynine.com.
